CTC has an opportunity for a qualified All-Source Analyst (Export Licensing) in Charlottesville, VA. ALL-SOURCE ANALYST (EXPORT LICENSING) Primary Responsibilities: The qualified candidate will conduct analysis and assessments of technological, engineering, scientific research, and new and emerging technologies; assess the risks of technology transfer through export licensing, sales of U.S. located companies; and conduct risk assessments of technology threats. These span numerous areas such as space operations, environmental health and safety, manufacturing and engineering, nanotechnology, biotechnology, weapons of mass destruction, and global financial transactions. The candidate will be familiar with utilizing Web 2.0 technologies for developing networking opportunities for exchanging information on technology transfer. Basic Qualifications: - Bachelor of Science degree in a related discipline plus 4-6 years of experience, or a Master of Science degree plus 2-4 years of experience, or a PhD and 0-2 years of directly-related experience. - Specialized training and 4 years of intelligence analysis experience or military intelligence experience or equivalent intelligence/academic experience is preferred. - Experience in a chemical/biotechnology, materials engineering, or other technical field will be considered a plus. Clearance: U.S. citizenship required. U.S. Government TS/SCI level clearance is required for this position. Join us!
