Business Development Manager

The Business Development Manager will work closely with the sales, marketing and training teams to grow customer-specific training revenues whilst maximising the success of publicly scheduled programmes. He / She will take responsibility for the business development and sales activity for a specific portfolio of programmes, conducting a wide range of business development activities in line with overall Telecoms Academy strategy.
The role involves advising customers globally – typically telecom operators, vendors and regulators - on the Telecoms Academy portfolio of programmes and training services, as well as exploring new areas of training-related business activity.
Based in the heart of London, some travel in the UK, Europe and World-wide for face to face meetings with customers will be required, as will attendance at exhibitions and training events.
