HTSPE is a leading provider of development services, currently working in over 60 countries. Due to an expanding workload we are seeking graduates or candidates with equivalent experience to join our team based in Hemel Hempstead. These are primarily office-based positions, although there is the opportunity for occasional travel. Responsibilities could include: identification and selection of consultants for project teams, preparation of proposals, supporting the project management and delivery of major consultancy projects overseas. If you have a good telephone manner, can write clearly and concisely and have excellent organisational skills, we’d like to hear from you. In addition to excellent English, a good knowledge of French and/or Spanish is required and a working knowledge of Portuguese would be an additional advantage.
