Sustainability Program And Intern Coordinator, University Of Notre Dame
Responsibilities:
Promote and support the initiatives of the Office of Sustainability by enhancing education and outreach to student groups, staff, faculty, the University of Notre Dame community and the sustainability community at large. Work with and help guide student interns and student groups in creating and managing sustainability campaigns and programs, providing consistency and overview in deliverance and observation of the Office of Sustainability message, policies and guidelines. Support and assist the Office of Sustainability Director, Programs Manager and Education and Outreach Program Manager in enacting the University Sustainability Strategy.
Plan, implement and participate in sustainability events, publicity campaigns and educational outreach programs, alone and in conjunction with office staff, office student interns and student organizations.
Act as a liaison for the Office of Sustainability to students, student groups, staff, faculty and the community at large.
Develop, maintain and manage the Office of Sustainability's social media presence, including maintaining Office website; developing creative social media products for posting; and monitoring social media presence and impact.
Research and survey key sustainability issues, including best practices, education outreach and behavior direction.
